Confession: After noticing in the window tonight while I was running... i think it's time for a new sports bra. or maybe Double sports bras. 'ya know what i'm sayin??? haha. I hate shopping for them. Can anyone recommend good brand besides Champion? I think I want to switch it up.
I am loving my Zulu socks. If you need some new socks, I'd definitely recommend getting a few pairs of these! They're extremely comfortable and provide just enough cushion.
tonight's 30 min run featured: pearl jam, xavier rudd and lady gaga.
I wear the thicker ones from Target - I think that may be the brand you already mentioned - a lot of girls in Lax wore two - I wouldn't know (sadly) but they said it helped a lot.
ReplyDeleteI am definitely going to look into those socks! I have one nice pair of socks I got in the little race package for some tri awhile back - and I always save them for special runs :O) I think I'll treat myself to a few extra pairs - maybe after I run MORE :o)
champion makes a sports bra that is like a really stretchy material. On the tag it says it's made of nylon and spandex. It's really heavy duty, and think it'd work for you, but i don't know the model or anything. I think I got it at Big 5? I also really LOVE the underarmor sports bras, but I have little boobs, so who knows? I find them tight but not too tight.
