Another 3.5 miles this morning! So exciting! I also did weights and abs with Mimi.
I'm feeling really great and so energized!

Girls - with all the stress of work from Grad School, don't forget to take some time out for yourself! Running or any exercise would be a great way to relieve some of that stress and frustration! Let me know how you are doing!
